Ordering With Little Professor Is Easy.

When you call to place a special order with us, rest assured that it will be handled quickly and professionally.  Policies for different types of orders may vary, but these are the most common.

Common Special Order

These are orders filled from our in stock inventory, or from that of our national distributor.

• Fulfilled within one week unless it is in stock (based on stock availability).
• No obligation to buy (exceptions may apply, so call for details).
• No pre-payment is needed, but you can if you prefer.
• Can be shipped to us for review in-store, drop-shipped directly to you, or to someone else anywhere in the country.
• Special ordered gifts that are drop shipped can even be gift wrapped and personalized with a greeting to the recipient.
• You will be notified by phone, mail, or e-mail when your order is ready.

Publisher Direct Orders

Orders placed directly with the publisher of the book you request.  Normally these are not stocked at our national distributor for various reasons.  Our policies for these are as follows:

• All publisher direct orders are non-returnable due to the difficulty in returning them to their source.
• There is usually a one to two week turnaround for order fulfillment due to varying shipping policies from one publisher to the next.
• No pre-payment is needed, but you can if you prefer.
• You will be notified by phone, mail, or e-mail when your order is ready.

Out-Of-Print, Hard-To-Find, & Rare Orders

When all else fails we can attempt an order with our out-of-print source.

• All out-of-print orders are non-retrunable.
• Order turnaround can be from 2 - 6 weeks for fulfillment.
• Pre-payment is not advisable for out-of-print orders.
• Price and condition of your book(s) will be relayed to you as accurately as possible  The price will never be different, but book condition can be subjective.  However, the conditions listed are very accurate.
• A small service charge is applied to the final price of these orders.
